On Thursday, 16 December at 7:30pm GMT join us for a special presentation as we look forward to the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, the successor to the Hubble Space Telescope. This powerful new observatory is scheduled for launch on 22 December from the European launch site in French Guiana. The event will be hosted by Stuart Clark and Lucie Green.

We’ll be joined by Tim Rawle, European Space Agency JWST Instrument Scientist, Sarah Kendrew of the European Space Agency and Emma Curtis Lake of the University of Hertfordshire. You’ll also get an update on launch preparations from Spaceflight Now’s Stephen Clark.

You will be able to put your questions to the scientists.

Season tickets are available and give you access to replays the previous two events.
